Due to the rare nature of the items being sold, we offer a 30 Day return policy - by purchasing from The Collector Detector you agree to the following terms.  All items are inspected and tested prior to listing with all results published.  All items are well packed for shipping with tracking options provided via email. 

Returns are allowed with authorization within 30 days.  Refunds will be provided as either In-Store-Credit, PayPal Refund or Partial Refund depending on the type of refund. 

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours to be claimed with the United State Postal Service or FedEx; do not discard any shipping materials.  Items are guaranteed to match listing description upon delivery.
